Ask ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini a real buyer question about your product. CiteFix shows the answer it returned, the pages it cited, and whether your store was among them — the raw response, never a summary or a guess.

All plans deploy changes the same way: proposed, reviewed, approved, then published — never automatically. Manage your plan any time from inside the app.
You give CiteFix a real buyer question about one of your products. It asks that question to AI providers, shows you the exact answer returned, which pages were cited, and whether your store was among them. Each finding becomes one narrow proposed edit with its evidence attached — you read it, approve or reject it, and only then does anything reach your store.
No. CiteFix proposes a change to one specific field and stops. You see the current value, the proposed value, and the evidence behind it. You can edit the wording, approve it, or reject it with a reason. Only after you approve does CiteFix write to Shopify, and every published change can be reverted to the exact value it replaced.
Never automatically. Your theme code and templates, robots.txt, llms.txt, and JSON-LD structured data are reported on as findings if CiteFix observes something about them, but the change is always left to you.
Not guaranteed. AI assistants are not search indexes — ask the same question twice and you can get two different answers, with different brands and different sources. CiteFix records each answer exactly as it was returned, with the date, so what you see is one real observation rather than a stable ranking.
No. No ranking, no citation, no traffic figure and no revenue figure is guaranteed by any change CiteFix proposes. What you get is a record of what was asked, what was answered, what was cited, what you changed, and what happened afterwards.
Retention follows your plan's stated policy while installed, and data is purged automatically after that window. Uninstalling CiteFix does not modify anything already published to your store — those changes stay exactly as approved unless you revert them yourself.
Yes, any time from inside the app, which hands off to Shopify's own billing page. Plan changes take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
